⛩ World Dragon Outer Moment 4A is a Defense-type Beyblade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst system and the Superking Layer system. It was released in Japan on June 26, 2021 as one of six possible Beyblades in Random Booster Vol. 26.
The Outer features a wide, almost perfectly circular shape with large spaces separating the center from the edge, these spaces are designed to increase weight distribution toward the outside (OWD) to increase stamina while the circular perimeter increases survival. Outer possesses the highest stamina and survival in the game, outclassing 2/4/5/7 Cross / Glaive Core Disc and Disc Frame combinations while not presenting the same risk of bursting as the aforementioned Core Discs and Disc Frames or similar Forged Discs such as Ring due to its weight.
