⛩ Feitan is member #2 of the notorious Phantom Troupe and served as interim leader of the group in the chief's forced absence. His physical strength ranks fifth in arm wrestling within the group.

Feitan is the interrogator of the Phantom Troupe , and is highly skilled in the art of torture. He is extremely cold, but he is also shown to be very loyal to Kuroro and the Phantom Troupe as a whole. He seems to show his passion for theft and insists that he is a thief, "We are thieves, so we steal, it's in our nature".

Although not the friendliest, he seems to get along quite well with the other members of the troupe and interacts with them normally, except during a few tense situations when he comes into conflict with some of them.
