⛩ Baggy , also known as Baggy the Clown or the Clown with a Thousand Pieces, is the captain of the Clown Pirates and a former cabin boy of the Roger Pirates. He made his debut as an antagonist to Monkey D. Luffy , but later allied with him to escape Impel Down. He was the main antagonist in the Baggy the Clown Arc, and has since become a very recurring character.

He formed the Alliance with Baggy and Alvida , which he co-leads with Alvida . After the Summit War, the World Government sends him a letter, mentioning the proposal of the position of Corsair Captain. Baggy accepted this proposal and is considered by the Navy as a "living legend". He remained Corsair Captain until the dissolution of that group. He also became the leader of the organization "The Expedition Pirates".
He has the powers of the Bara Bara no Mi, which makes him a Fragmentation Human.

After the downfall of the emperors Kaido and Big Mom , Baggy the Clown with a Thousand Pieces is now one of the Four Emperors, de facto leader of the Cross Guild.
