⛩ Slash Valkyrie Blitz Power Retsu is an attack-type Beyblade released by Takara Tomy as part of the Burst system and Gatinko Layer system. It was released as a Booster in Japan on March 16, 2019.
The Valkyrie by Takara Tomy is a right-rotation Gatinko Chip that features an armored face with a stylized V adorning the helmet, intended to represent the namesake of Gatinko Chip, Odin's handmaidens in Norse mythology, Valkyrie.Valkyrie has a standard weight for Gatinko Chips and high burst resistance.Valkyrie has two hard locks, giving it high burst resistance even when a Dash Driver is not used. When paired with the Goku Layer Weight, Valkyrie is an excellent Gatinko Chip to use in right-rotation combinations.
Retsu has three hexagons, one on the right side and two on the left side. This means that most of the weight will be concentrated on one side of the Beyblade where theRetsu weight is located. Additionally, the hexagons of theRetsu weight do not have much detail, they are just basic, thus having less weight than detailed weights like Sen and Goku. Since the weight ofRetsu is low compared to the more detailed layer weights mentioned in the previous sentence, Retsu is heavily outclassed and has no utility in combinations.
