⛩ Black Zetsu is one half of the duo of Zetsu , the other was White Zetsu . He is an artificial human working for the Akatsuki, Black Zetsu was created after Madara Uchiha imprinted his will into half of the original White Zetsu .

Zetsu possesses the ability to merge into the landscape by "fusing" with it and can travel this way. He can emerge from anywhere, whether from the ground or an element, like a tree. This power allows him to play the role of spy for the Akatsuki . This Jutsu is surely Soil Assimilation. Indeed, it's the same principle as the doton jutsu (earth element) of Orochimaru .

He is also cannibalistic, not hesitating to devour the corpses of Sasori 's subordinates, and can therefore be used as a "cleaner" serving to erase the traces of the organization. It is likely that there is a link between this characteristic and "the carnivorous plant" that surrounds his head, this green extension in which he can hide entirely when he closes it on itself (like teeth).
