⛩ Borsalino , better known by the name Kizaru "The Yellow Monkey" , is one of the three Admirals of the Navy. He was first mentioned by Nico Robin during the initial meeting with Aokiji . He is the only Admiral who kept his position after the timeskip, Akainu being promoted Fleet Admiral after winning his fight against Aokiji.

Kizaru ate the Pika Pika no Mi (Luminescent Fruit), a Logia-type Devil Fruit, in effect Kizaru's body is then made of pure light. Kizaru uses the main characteristic of light: its speed. He can thus teleport ultra-rapidly from one place to another and strike at the speed of light.

Kizaru possesses extraordinary power being an Admiral. He is considered one of the most valuable assets of the Navy, he is nicknamed " the Ace of Aces of the Navy ", by his peers.
