⛩ Kalifa makes her first appearance at Water Seven as Iceberg 's secretary. She was actually playing a double game and was a member of the CP9 whose goal was to retrieve the plans of Pluton. She is the daughter of Laskey and is part of the antagonists of the Enies Lobby and Water Seven arcs.

After being expelled from the CP9 , she and the other members fled Enies Lobby and its Buster Call and she eventually became a member of the CP-"AIGIS" 0 alongside Rob Lucci and Spandam .

Like the other members of the CP9 (except Spandam ), she masters the techniques of the Rokushiki which makes her a formidable opponent. She is particularly skilled with the Index Gun , and has even created a derivative: the Index Gun Whip . Kalifa also possesses the powers of the soap fruit giving her powers as formidable as they are ridiculous.
