⛩ Doc Q also called " The Reaper " is the doctor of Blackbeard 's crew. He always seems sick and is accompanied by a horse that looks just as bad as he does. After the time skip, he serves as commander of the 9th fleet of the crew.
Doc Q was born and grew up on North Blue, he has suffered from several illnesses since childhood, like his horse Stronger . Doc Q joined Blackbeard 's crew before his attack on Drum Island.
Two years after the time skip, Doc Q ate the "Illness Fruit" the Shiku Shiku no Mi . Thanks to this he can create diseases or viruses capable of infecting a large number of individuals. For example facing the Heart crew, he created a disease capable of changing sexes, turning Law and his men into women.
