⛩ Casca is the former officer of the Falcon Troupe, who lost her mind after the traumatic events of theSabbat. She was healed thanks to the dream corridor, a ritual of Danan, the queen ofElf Helm.
She is part of the Falcon Brigade, led by Griffith , of whom she is the second officer. She has the reputation of being the best fighter in the troupe after Griffith and Guts .
Located in the kingdom of Midland, the battle pits the Falcon Band, led by the ambitious Griffith, against royal forces. Griffith's objective is to conquer the kingdom and achieve his dream of sovereignty. However, his excessive ambitions drive him to resort to unspeakable sacrifices.
During the battle,when victory seems assured for the Falcon Band, Griffith activates a demonic ritual known as the Eclipse.This gruesome event transforms his soldiers into monstrous creatures and sacrifices the members of the Falcon Band,subjecting them to atrocious torment. Casca ,Griffith's lieutenant and Guts' lover,is one of the main victims.She is brutally raped by Griffith and by the Apostles,demonic beings coveting her potential power.
Traumatized by the events of the Eclipse, Casca descends into madness, losing her mind and her voice. She becomes a shadow of herself, haunted by the horrors she has endured.
