Son Goku and Vegeta achieve this form after successfully absorbing and assimilating the powers of Super Saiyan God by training with Whis to master them.

This new form is similar to Super Saiyan God , but the hair is blue and spiky, like the classic Super Saiyan . Additionally, muscle volume returns to normal and corresponds to a transformation of Super Saiyan God into Super Saiyan .
