⛩ Feitan is member #2 of the infamous Phantom Troupe and was the interim leader of the group, in the forced absence of the chief. His physical strength ranks fifth in arm wrestling within the group.

Feitan is the interrogator of the Phantom Troupe , and is very skilled in the art of torture. He is extremely cold, but he is also shown being very loyal to Kuroro and the Phantom Troupe as a whole. He seems to show his passion for theft and insists that he is a thief, "We are thieves, so we steal, it's in our nature".

Although not the most likeable, he seems to get along fairly well with other members of the troupe and interacts with them normally, except during a few tense situations when he comes into conflict with some of them.
