⛩ Shiryu, or Shiliew called "of the Rain", was the Chief Guard of Impel Down Prison until he was imprisoned by Magellan for his excessive violence toward prisoners. During the riot caused by Monkey D. Luffy and Marshall D. Teach, he decided to join his crew.
After the timeskip, he became the commander of the 2nd Fleet of Blackbeard's Crew.
Shiryu is a true sociopath, he is extremely cruel and seems to feel no fear; he seems to enjoy killing people whenever he can. He massacred many prisoners within the walls of Impel Down. He also killed his subordinates right after his release from his cell, while apologizing sarcastically.
