⛩ Sasori , also known as Sasori of the Red Sand, was an S-Rank nukenin from the Hidden Village of Suna, having been part of the Puppeteers Regiment, and a member of the Akatsuki where he teamed up with Orochimaru and later, Deidara .

As a child, Sasori held within him the sadness caused by the lack of love from the early death of his parents. Learning puppetry from his grandmother was meant to help him forget this sadness. He created two puppets in the likeness of his parents but, quickly realizing that it was not enough to fill his emotional void, he became a cold being.

Sasori was a very powerful ninja, capable of defeating and killing the Third Kazekage, the strongest ninja in Suna's history. His use of his puppets was greatly feared throughout the Third Great Ninja War, which gave him the nickname of " Sasori of the Red Sand ".
