He is also quite perceptive God of Death and a very prankster. Ryûk is a very tall God of Death with oversized limbs compared to his body. His shoulders are covered with black feathers under which hide his wings, also black as ebony. He wears an earring with a heart at the end, on his left ear. His head is the only white part of his body, and he has slightly bulging red eyes. A pouch at his waist allows him to contain his Death Note .
