⛩ Pachin , whose real name is Haruki Hayashida , is a young man, division captain of the Tokyo Manjikai.
He is the most combative and impulsive member of the organization. Once, he kicked Takemichi without warning, while the latter was taking part in one of their meetings for the first time. His vice-captain, Peyan , constantly repeats that he has mush for brains.
Haruki was an enormously important character during the arc against Moebius. A friend of his as well as the girlfriend of the latter were cowardly beaten and assaulted. The young teenager was even raped in front of her boyfriend. Pachin , riled up, asks Mikey to defend his honor and wage war on Moebius. The two gangs will meet by chance in a warehouse, in which the division captain will fight against Osanai , leader of Moebius.
But at the end of this fight, Pachin falls almost unconscious, but succeeds, before the others flee at the arrival of the police, in stabbing Osanai . He will surrender to the authorities for this crime and is placed in a correctional facility.
It is moreover because of this arrest that Peyan , vice-captain of Pachin 's division, will turn against the Tokyo Manjikai to the advantage of Moebius to assassinate Draken .
