⛩ Before the story began, Leone Abbacchio had the ambition to become a police officer. But, he quickly realized that the fight against crime in Naples was futile, because criminals corrupted judges and jurors to clear themselves. One evening, he spotted a pimp and a prostitute, wanting to arrest them, the pimp corrupts him with money and leaves. However, some time later, Abbacchio and his partner arrive at a crime scene where the same pimp broke into an apartment and killed a woman. When Leone encounters him, the latter tells him, while drawing his revolver, that he cannot kill him because of his bribe and fires a shot that kills his partner who had just arrived at the crime scene. After this incident, Abbacchio leaves the police and becomes a member of Passione, and he subsequently met Giorno.
