⛩ Koro Senseï is the main teacher of class 3-E at Kunugigaoka Middle School. His past is unclear, but it is later revealed that he was once a great assassin who was given the title of "God of Death".
Having always lived in a hyperviolent slum, the young man was consumed by an excessive desire for power and became filled with pride. Betrayed by his disciple (the second and current God of Death), he was imprisoned in a research center where antimatteri experiments were conducted on his body, transforming him into a flexible creature with gigantic and mysterious powers.
During his detention, he grew very close to teacher Yukimura Aguri , a teacher in class 3-E, before eventually falling under her spell with her simple and cheerful charm. Learning of her scheduled death on March 13, the crazed killer decided to escape by destroying the laboratory that was holding him. Unfortunately, a tentacle mine killed teacher Yukimura who was trying to prevent him from flying away: she then made him promise to become a teacher in turn to pass on the flame of determination to the students.
