The Doctor Gero created this artificial human from an ornamental doll belonging to an enemy military base, seized as a trophy by the Red Ribbon Army. He is one of the most perfect androids. But since he operates on the old assimilating energy type, his combat potential remains inferior to that of C-17 and C-18 .
He harbors boundless hatred toward Son Goku who destroyed the dreams of the Red Ribbon . To oppose Son Goku , and return to the same level as a threat, Gero spied on the deeds of the heroes in order to extract DNA samples.
He is an artificial human capable of evolving during a fight, Son Goku will pay the price. Vegeta alerted to this fact will prove much more cautious.
