The Bahamutfrom Takara Tomy is a left-spinning DB Core that features a dragon head representing the namesake of the DB Core, Bahamut, a creature from Arabic folklore.Bahamuthas a medium weight for DB cores and high burst resistance due to its gimmick: unlike other DB cores,Bahamutfeatures a rubber lock instead of a plastic lock. Unlike plastic locks, which use "teeth",Bahamuthas a rubber lock that uses a slope, similar to Hasbro layers. Due to the durability of the rubber lock,Bahamutcan be used with metal screwdrivers without risk of wear.
