Vegetto has quite an athletic physique, he wears the gloves and boots of Vegeta but his costume is that of Goku .
The Super Saiyan Blue , (originally named Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan before the name change), is a new evolution stemming from the Super Saiyan God, appearing in the film Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F' and in the second arc of the series Dragon Ball Super . Son Goku and Vegeta reach this form after succeeding in absorbing and assimilating the powers of the Super Saiyan God by training with Whis to master them. The Potala fusion of Vegeta and Goku : Vegetto , can logically reach this form mastered by both characters.
This new form is similar to the Super Saiyan God , but the hair is blue and spiky, like the classic Super Saiyan . Additionally, muscle volume returns to normal and corresponds to a transformation of the Super Saiyan God into Super Saiyan .
