⛩ Thorfinn Thorsson , also nicknamed Karlsefni , is a former warrior of Askeladd band and a former slave on Ketil farm, who is currently a merchant and adventurer trying to settle in Vinland.
He was born in Iceland as the son of Helga and Thors , the most famous Jomsviking warrior until his defection. He is also the brother of Ylva and is connected to the leadership of the Jomsvikings through his mother, who is the daughter of the third chief, Sigvaldi .
He spent an entire decade trying to avenge Askeladd , the man who killed his father, even following him into battle to stay close to him, and became cold and ruthless, killing countless people. After attacking Canute in a moment of shock and rage for killing Askeladd , whose death was Thorfinn goal for most of his life, Thorfinn was enslaved as punishment. Four years later, he regained his freedom and changed his life.
He vowed to make good use of his life and create peace and a land without slavery, however he will realize that his goal is far from simple...
