At a certain moment during the formation of ninja villages, the Golden and Silver Brothers of Kimo were tasked with capturing Kurama, but they entered the fox's mouth. The two brothers managed to survive and gain some of his power by eating the flesh from his stomach for two weeks, forcing Kurama to regurgitate them.
