⛩ Guts known as the "Black Swordsman" , is a former mercenary and marked wanderer who travels the world in a constant internal struggle between pursuing his own ends and maintaining his attachments to those dear to him.
Depicted as a tall and muscular man, Guts is 2 meters tall with short, spiky black hair. He is missing his left forearm and right eye due to an encounter with thedivine hand. He is also covered from head to toe with scars from a lifetime of battles, the most visible being a jagged scar on his nose that he received from a training match with his violent father Gambino.
He also has a large horizontal scar on his chest, which he received during his encounter with Slan of the Divine Hand in the qliphoth. After receiving the Berserker armor, Guts receives a small streak of white in his hair, probably due to the stress caused by wearing the armor.
The tendency of Guts to wear black clothes while hunting theapostles earned him the nickname of "The Black Swordsman". Beyond all that, Guts has a mark due to the Eclipse on the right rear side of his neck. This mark attracts demons and evil spirits to him at night.
