⛩ Shisui Uchiwa was an Anbu member of the Uchiwa clan of Konoha. His reputation and talent for illusions (Genjutsu) earned him the nickname " Shisui the Mirage ", a nickname that inspired fear and dread on the battlefield.
Even among his peers, Shisui was considered the most talented ninja that the Uchiwa clan had ever known. Even Danzo shared these praises. Shisui's advanced skills led to his promotion to jonin rank only four years after joining the Academy, as well as becoming the leader of his own team.
The day came when Danzo attacked Shisui by surprise to recover his pupils and with his talents as an illusionist. Shisui lost an eye from the treacherous attack by Danzo and the Root. Aware that his precious Sharingan would quickly attract covetousness and wars within the village, he gave his remaining pupil to his best friend Itachi Uchiwa and then took his own life.
He is the perfect example of an exemplary Shinobi: he endured countless wounds in silence and died in suffering for the future of his village.
