⛩ Feitan is the number 2 member of the infamous Phantom Troupe and was the interim leader of the group, in the forced absence of the leader. His physical strength ranks fifth in arm wrestling within the group.

Feitan is the interrogator of the Phantom Troupe , and is very skilled in the art of torture. He is extremely cold, but he is also shown being very loyal to Kuroro and the Phantom Troupe as a whole. He seems to show his passion for theft and insists on the fact that he is a thief, "We are thieves, so we steal, it's in our nature".

Although not the most likable, he seems to get along quite well with the other members of the troupe and interacts with them normally, except during a few tense situations when he comes into conflict with some of them.
